Won't you just chase easy deals?
That's why it's project + performance, not pure commission. The retainer guarantees long-cycle deals still get worked. Plus: our commission drops on bigger deals, not up. Financial incentive to want the heavy ones too.
You don't know our industry.
Sales fundamentals — discovery, qualification, objection handling, negotiation — are transferable. Domain language we learn in 2 weeks through product immersion, shadowing existing calls and ICP briefings. We've closed in SaaS, industrial B2B, professional services, local services.
What if we want to swap?
6-month minimum on Core and Elite (to justify ramp). But a swap within that window is possible if chemistry doesn't click — we place a different closer within 2 weeks, no extra cost.
Can the closer coach our in-house AEs at the same time?
Yes, and that's often the real value. 1 hour per week of call review with your team, shared playbooks, live shadowing. Built into Core and Elite by default.
Commission on invoice or on payment?
On cash collected, not invoiced. If the client doesn't pay, we don't. Cash-flow risk isn't on you.
How many deals per month can we expect?
Depends on pipeline volume, not just the closer. With good inflow: Flex closes 3–6, Core 2–4, Elite 1–2 per month. All relative to deal size.
